Red Bull is missing a target market. Forget all the college kids and single city-dwellers that drink Red Bull and vodka to get that power buzz to stay up partying all night.
The market they are missing is the middle-aged parents with infants that have acid reflux (c'est moi). The reflux causes them to not eat well, which causes them to not sleep through the night, which causes the parents to get up in the #$&#$%$ night, which causes us to guzzle Red Bull to stay awake during the day. We've now escalated to buying it in volume at Costco!
I think the following pic should be used in Red Bull ads to address this underserved market. They have my permission to use it royalty free!


It is very rare for consumers to buy things for logical reasons, usually buy things for emotional reward provoked. Although later, wish to justify your purchase with logical reasons. In fact considered that over 90% of buying decisions we make are directly or indirectly induced by our subconscious.
