My morning workout routine now consists of jumping on our elliptical machine and popping in a DVD.
I never watched the show Lost when it came on. My wife and I do try to keep track of a few TV shows each season but Lost never made it on the list. But I've started watching the episodes on DVD during my morning workouts...and it ROCKS!
I keep wanting to tell my friends how awesome it is, but since everyone pretty much knows it already I don't want to be like this guy the Onion wrote about
